say in the matter. I think his say was that he did not want to be held as accountable for his actions as the state of Virginia wanted to hold him accountable for his actions. I think he saw a better path (an easier path or maybe a more certain path) in another place. I may be completely wrong about what I just wrote. However, as an outside viewer with admittedly limited information, that is just how it appeared to me. I do not know all the factors he had to consider in his decision-making process, and perhaps, I would have arrived at a similar decision if I had been in the same situation.
